As my artwork has been piling up on a shelf in my closet, it has occurred to me that I have to do more than gift, donate, or sell my work to friends only.  But, alas, I am not very good at marketing myself!  So I was delighted to learn that the new artist group I recently joined comes with the opportunity for members to exibit and sell their work in the winery tasting room where we meet. 

Last month each artist member brought four framed paintings as well as four unframed, matted works. for the spring season opening of Freed Winery in Winston.  Now besides enjoying the camaraderie of painting (and wine tasting) with a lovely group of local artists, we have a wonderful opportunity to share our work with the community.  Thank you to the Freeds!  Please plan a visit to their lovely tasting room soon.
